Richard Douglas Valentino is a billionaire and philanthropist turned vigilante. He is the CEO of Francis International and briefly owned a restaurant by the name of Valk, which also briefly was used as his base of operations for vigilante activities. At the age of 9, his parents were murdered and he went to live with his uncle, Victor Francis. By the age of 12, he departed Alden City for Nanda Parbat, where he trained under the guidance of Ra's al Ghul; after which he returned to his city at the age of 18 to stop the crime, corruption and rebuild the city using his unusual set of skills. He archived this by becoming a masked cowboy hat wearing vigilante who went by the name of "The Falcon". After faking the death of his vigilante persona, he briefly retired only to return to with a far less serious demeanor and more use of tech going by the name of "Lord Falcon".
